1. Shipping Locations

BDBazare currently ships to locations across Bangladesh. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight or size of the products ordered. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate may apply to most regions in Bangladesh.
  • Express Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional cost, providing faster delivery times.

3. Delivery Time

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 2-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka (Other Cities and Districts): 3-7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier issues, or holidays.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the following business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS, which will include tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's website or customer service.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If a product in your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or return in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
